Mac is back and I’m lost in the concept art + music sauce

Hiyaaaa - been a gooood while. In case you missed it I had lost like 30GB of downloads from my Mac and uhhhh spent a good 2 months determined to retrieve them but alas an M1’s storage system had other plans, and also had some other busllhit comeup ANYWAAAAYS so I’m back on my MacBook. Which means I can now get further lost in the sauce yippeee.

Remember those music ideas I mentioned last blog? Yup now I’ve started working on somewhat of demos for them via Logic. For now I’ll be make unpolished demos, so take it as if I’m just doing a rough sketch. The Rough Sketch Demos. I am hoping to release at least 5, and I’ll see if i manage to come up with something better int he meantime. I’ll post these to Amety's YouTube and Bandcamp (which you can check out in the meantime - got some other music there already ie my Macintosh-inspoed album 1984 from a year ago heehoo :3)

Since I would like to start working on the Lost Media game first - which I’m planning to use RPG Maker for, I will start messing around with that sometime soon. In the meantime I am planning to make a video demo of the Lost Media game and the Maltese game. These will take a while as I’ll have to create the visual stuff themselves and I’d also like to have at least the games’ main song in. The way these video demos work is essentially keyframing movements of objects and characters in my video editor rather than coding it and screencap. Y’know, how for example when Minecraft creates their trailers they tend to just create an animation in a animating software rather than recording the game itself - so sorta kinda similar approach, ish. Anyways in my case, a rough sketch trailer I suppose. I’m just creating something so we can have a rough idea how the games would look for now. This will mean I’ll also get round to creating some concept art.

So I’ll skidaddle a little and get right back into the sauce - see yaaaa
